Airport and railway station transfers in Brussels

Brussels Airport (BRU)

Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL)

Charleroi Airport is outside Brussels and requires a separate transfer calculation. Send us the flight details, the time the group expects to be ready, passenger and luggage totals and the full destination address.

Brussels railway stations

For Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel-Zuid, Bruxelles-Central/Brussel-Centraal or Bruxelles-Nord/Brussel-Noord, provide the bilingual station name, train number and time, passenger and luggage totals and destination. We will agree the most suitable authorised coach meeting point.

Separate flights and trains

If passengers arrive on different flights or trains, send the details of each arrival separately. We can then assess one later departure, staggered transfers or more than one vehicle.

Brussels LEZ, coach stops and parking

Coach access depends on the vehicle’s Euro standard, fuel, registration plate, route and service date. Drop-off points and parking must also be planned separately from the group’s visit.

Low Emission Zone eligibility

The Brussels-Capital Region is a Low Emission Zone covering all 19 municipalities and applying every day to buses and coaches. From 1 January 2026, Euro 5 diesel and Euro 2 petrol vehicles no longer meet the access criteria. The assigned vehicle must be checked against the official simulator before the service.

Foreign coach registration
